Cesar Bejarano (Cesar Omar Bejarano-Melendez) was born in 1989 in Chihuahua, Mexico. He is the Son of Ricardo Garcia and Aurora Melendez. In his early ages he was raised in a small town called Estacion Conchos, which is about 1.5 hours away from the city of Chihuahua. His parents separated at a very early age. Not much is known about his blood-father, all that is known is that he was a narcotic user and he was hated by the small community. Aurora, his mom, was raised in Conchos also and she studied nursing and became a nurse at the government's Seguro Social.
