Melvin Sneedly is one of the smartest students in Jerome Horwitz Elementary School and another antagonist (but sometimes protagonist). He likes tattling on people, which is the reason why children call him a tattletale. He has a sister who lives at his house all the time. He also appears to be very selfish as after he got Captain Underpants' super powers, he refused to save the control tower people's lives from the Robo-Boogers unless George and Harold changed the comic they made about him to how he wanted it (they made it the opposite way he demanded it to be). He has a girlfriend, named Fabiola Leigh, who is very tough, sometimes selfish, and loves him so much which makes Melvin clueless, and loves her back.
