X'bel or Xbel is a very pretty tawny-haired grey-eyed Dryad who aimed her bow at Garion in the Queen of Sorcery. She still tried to get Ce'Nedra to share Garion with her sisters in The King of the Murgos. She is probably at least two- or three-hundred years old. Xbel is a bit petulant and is constantly checking out the human males in the party. She did see Zandramas "human in a black cloak" on the Nyissan ship in the "big lake that tastes funny" (The Western Sea) got off onto the beach, with "something in its arms".
