Adam Barlowe is the father of Beverly Barlowe. He founded The Consortium with Dr. Trevor Grant in 1947. In 1947 Barlowe was almost killed in a car wreck, but his life was saved by the time-traveling Allison Blake, who (unaware of his identity) used modern medical techniques to resuscitate him.
