Jacob was born on Tattoine in the middle of the war between the Rebellion and the Empire, during the last few years of the war. His parents tried to hid themselves from any attention, and Jacob had been a normal teenager, and a normal young boy, until one day the Sith, had come for them. They slaughtered his parents. During this Jacob discovered he had the ability to use the Force, not having learned anything of it. His parents put up a fight, but were no match, so he found that he had Force potential. Using this new ability, he grabbed the golden lightsaber of his family, and killed the Sith in return.
