"What an Awful Day" is Wembley's attempt to compose a song in the Fraggle Rock episode "The Trash Heap Doesn't Live Here Anymore." Wembley sings the song and accompanies himself on the bongos. The same tune and some of the same lyrics are sung by Wembley as "(Today Has Been) A Perfect Day" later in the episode.
