The Hound-W2 SPD was a security droid developed by Industrial Automaton. They were rectangular shaped and about half the height of an astromech droid. They moved on wheels and had two grasping arms, along with a laser scan emitter, a pulse scan emitter, and a thermal imager. They did not have a vocabulator, which was considered their only negative point. They were among the best security droids on the market.
