Spelunky has a reputation for being a hard game, and the achievements/trophies reflect this. Unlike other games, none of these achievements are given to you without a fight. You probably won't get most of them on your first attempt. You probably won't get most of them at all, but that's why they're called achievements. They will require serious patience, numerous playthroughs, a bit of luck and a lot of skill.
