The Staff Lounge Key is a key Travis Grady finds in the last stall of the ladies restroom sitting on the toilet seat located on the 1st floor of Alchemilla Hospital. He enters the Otherworld version of the room while exploring the hospital, looking for the girl he rescued from a house fire; using the mirror there allows Travis to shift between realities, going back to the foggy version of the toilet where the key is. Once the staff lounge is unlocked, Travis can enter there and find items and clues to solve the Anatomy Puzzle.
