Dr Taylor was a doctor who looked after dementia sufferer Ashley Thomas when he was admitted to hospital after coughing up blood in March 2017. Dr Taylor tells Ashley's wife Laurel that Ashley is having breathing problems and his antibiotics haven't been very effective. The doctor performs an x-ray, which shows that Ashley has a bacterial infection on both of his lungs. The doctor changed Ashley's antibiotics, which unfortunately make no difference, so the doctor tells Laurel and her father Doug Potts to expect the worse.
