Ed Hobley was the creator of S.A.I.N.T. in the TV miniseries RoboCop: Prime Directives. He helped Alex Murphy, James Murphy and Ann Kaydick shut down S.A.I.N.T/Legion. Ed Hobley retrieved the E.M.P. bomb from the lobby of the OCP building and brought it to the heart of S.A.I.N.T. Ed Hobley was played by David Fraser
