Girasole is a double saber-class weapon only available through the Dangerous Deal with Black Paper 2 quest. Its special attack is unique in that it drains a certain amount of the user's HP to fire four waves of energy, one in each direction: forward, left, right and back. The weapon is useful for opening several boxes at once or setting off traps. The waves of energy will also hit monsters, but with less power than that of a normal attack.
