Hell (地獄, Jigoku) is a part of the Spirit Cycle of Souls created by The Balancer and overseen by his brother The Ferryman. It serves as a prison for those individuals who die after having lived a life of sin and wickedness instead of being reincarnated, and includes Humans, Souls and Hollow. The Kushanāda and Togabito serve as Hell's inhabitants; the former are its protectors, with the latter as the prisoners.
