General Bakko was a Twi'lek male whom after having been the first to join her, served as the Chief Advisor of Queen Hadiya during the Despot War. After the defeat of the Despot Army at the Battle of Tython, Bakko was banished from his homeworld of Shikaakwa and exiled on Nox with the others Generals of Hadiya's Inner Circle.
