This is the fifth section of the Bani called Bachitar Natak which forms part of the Dasam Granth, the second most important scripture of the Sikhs and is written entirely by Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru. The bani can be found online at pages 129 to 131 of the Sri Dasam Granth Sahib. This section is entitled "Description of the Spiritual Rulers", i.e. of the nine Sikh Gurus preceding Gobind Singh himself, from Guru Nanak to Guru Tegh Bahadar (father of Gobind Singh). The Description of the Spiritual Kings (Preceptors). The bani (section) has 16 Shabads or verses.
