Kitei Jitowaru (Fixed Obession, 所定) is a Spirit that has gone as far back as time itself, a being from the celestial planes, visiting the earth when the world was in a state of abounding war. Sent from the celestial realm, to aid the Princess once she had attained power from the Great Wound. Guiding her, protecting her, Kitei became the vigil of the Hagoromo Clan and of the future. Revered as the Amatsu Tenmarei (Heavenly Guide 天来).
