He often bullied Carrie under the influence of Tina Blake. He was criticized by Tommy Ross for his behavior towards Carrie. He was present at the Black Prom. During Carrie´s rampage, he attempted to save Tina from being killed, but Carrie refused to let him do it. Mr. Ulmann was later electrocuted at the prom along with other people (barely seen while Carrie flies out of the school).
