The Director of the Directorate of New Orkney was the head of government for the Directorate of New Orkney. As of 1922 PD, the office was held by Vincent Stone, a descendant of a Mesan Alpha line and a member of the inner circle of the Mesan Alignment. He orchestrated the Directorate's part in the Mesan Alignment plan to destabilize the Solarian League and bring the Renaissance Factor to power. (HH12)
