Penny was seen in early episodes on Meerkat Manor. She was seen as a Lazuli female babysitter who fled when the Whiskers attacked the burrow. She also mated with Whiskers roving male, Big Will (UK and Australian versions only). Following this, she wasn't mentioned again.
