In game update 12 Engineering Traders will be able to upgrade cybernetic assembly in their expertise engineer trader tab.When 1 point is used on cybernetic assembly,they will receive cybernetic blueprints,then just use the toolkit and make sure you have the required materials for the cybernetic you chose.Then you can build it and equip it when you visit a cybernetic doctor.
