The undersigned representatives of the Siberian Tiger Alliance (STA) and the Cascadian Republic (CR) agree that in all circumstances, unless certain conditions listed in Sections 2.2 and/or all clauses in Section 5 come into effect, that the STA and CR will enter into "Protection Pact" as outlined in the following.
