An unknown Navajo wizard wearing a painted mask and furs attacked Alexandra Quick, John Thompson, and Patricia Peshlakai on a summit of Witches' Rock in January of 2011. Quick disabled the man as he Apparated onto the summit, subduing him with a series of Stunning Spells. He later had his throat slashed by John Manuelito, and died before Quick could attempt to administer first aid.
