Pact Childrem are Children of Chakra who have been forced to become slaves for their village. Once in slavery the Child of Chakra is assigned to a single shinobi who becomes the child' master. These shinobi are known as Contractors. Contractors are able to use their Pact Child in almost any way they want like fighting and house chores. Pact Children who disobey are sealed away permanently because of the oath they are under to give their life to their Contractor. When the Pact Child isn't working for their Contractor they are forced to finish the many jobs and errands the residents of the village give the Pact Child.
