Ninja looting is the term used for a player that needs gear and plans that aren't asigned to their role. If a Tank "needs" an armour piece or an R&D plan (eg.Vitalization & Power V) that is required for a Controller the Tank is then classified as a ninja due to the fact that the armour and plan have no benefit for the tank in combat. It is highly unacceptable to ninja, especially in a hard raid or alert unless the instance has explicitly been titled as style run by its players.
