The 15 year old Level 3 duelist from Domino high school and one of the main characters of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Next Level. She has a crush on Chūya, the main protagonist of the story, but is too shy to tell him directly. Risa is a pure and very kind girl who care about everyone's feelings. Her parents open a small shop for flower delivery with a bit serious money problem. However, Risa luckily get the Kaiba Corporation's fund to study in Duel Academy until graduation. She is a talented duelist and recognized by G-Five as one of three best duelist girls of Domino city (the other two being Fay Sorano and Nana Nohara), however she did not join duel club but international musician club playing piano. Risa usually write her given name in Katakana (リサ, Risa). Her favorite dessert is Valencia Orange cake
