In 3,670 BBY, the entire division was called upon to spearhead the effort to end the Kanz Disorders by restoring Republic rule to the Kanz sector, which had seceded and formed its own government, and the many slaves taken by the Argazdan. During the fighting, the three battalions conducted assaults on key military facilities and outposts, allowing the Army to surround the major population centers. The division was also the vanguard for the liberation of Lorrd and Amaltanna.
