Livien was a planet located within the Outer Rim Territories. The planet was absorbed into Xim's empire as he expanded his borders from the Kingdom of Cron, conquering the worlds of the Livien League. It was neutral during the Cold War. By the Galactic Civil War, Livien had lost any prominence it once held, becoming a subsistence agriculture world pockmarked with ancient ruins.
