Syntax: osay +mp/h mph ooc +ooc The commands all work identically to each other. Take your pick. They all produce a line starting with for OOC communication in IC scenes. Note: +ooc by itself takes you to the OOC lounge. Due to this conflict, the commands 'ooc ' and '+ooc ' are on a uselock. Perform 'ooc-use yes' to add yourself to this uselock, and 'ooc-use no' to remove yourself from it.
