The Transport Card is an item found in The Journeyman Project Turbo! (and older versions). It does not appear in Pegasus Prime. The Global Transport Card is found in the desk in the bedroom of Gage Blackwood's apartment in 2318. It is needed to use the transporter to travel to the Temporal Security Annex and back to the apartment, and other destinations.
