Mushroom spaghetti Sauce * 1/4 Cup olive oil * 1 clove garlic, Minced * 1 Cup Onion, Minced * 2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced * 2 Cups Canned tomatoes * 1 1/2 Cups tomato Paste * 2 Lbs. spaghetti Parmesan cheese, Grated Heat oil in Skillet. Saut? garlic And Onion Until Golden. Add Mushrooms. Saut? For About 3 Minutes. Add All The Other Ingredients Except spaghetti And Cheese to The Sauce Pan. Simmer Uncovered at Least 40 Minutes.
