Hippolyta Black * was the wife of Absalom Thorn, the mother of Enoch, Ezra, Ezekiel, and Cassandra Thorn, the grandmother of Sarah, Jared, and Miriam, the great-grandmother of Joshua and Abel Thorn, the great-great-grandmother of Seth Thorn, the third-great-grandmother of Abraham Thorn, and the fourth-great-grandmother of Lucilla, Drucilla and Valeria White, Maximilian and Julia King, and Alexandra Quick. Her relation, if any, to the British House of Black is as yet unknown.
