With a PIAA 100-meter gold medal stashed away in his mother's room for safekeeping, one would think Peabody High School senior speedster Pierre Carr didn't have anything else to accomplish at the high school level. But Carr didn't have City League track records in his top two events ... until yesterday. In his final City League performance, Carr provided an encore, sprinting to meet records in the 100- and 200-meter dashes at the City League track championships at Oliver High School. Schenley classmate Elizabeth Rose, a sophomore, also raced to multiple titles.
