Roxy Boxy is a boxing turtle and discarded fun meal toy from Small Fry. She is a turtle with boxing gloves, red shorts, and a black eye. She was recalled because her boxing glove hands will spordically come out and could hurt kids. They hit Lizard Wizard twice in the short.
