Ruun, the priest is an NPC found in Dwarftown. He is in charge of the Dwarftown temple and the altar inside it. He will share the race with the PC and his alignment depends on the alignment of the altar — which in turn depends on the alignment of the PC during the very first visit to Dwarftown (neutral for neutral/chaotic PCs and lawful for lawful PCs).
