Maureen Chadwick is a prolific soap opera scriptwriter who wrote 36 episodes of Coronation Street between June 1997 and October 1999. She has also scripted for BBC soaps EastEnders and Eldorado, and is the co-creator of Bad Girls and Waterloo Road.
