Stand-Off Between the NCIS Team and Davey Chin is an incident that occurred in November 2006 in which the main NCIS Major Case Response Team engaged in a stand-off with human trafficker and Chinese national Davey Chen. The stand-off ended with Chen surrendering and the human trafficking ring he was part of being presumably dismantled while NCIS helped free the imprisoned Chinese women.
