The Raid on Simiyar was a small battle of the Cruentusian War that saw the dissolution of Simiyar Tech and destruction of the moon of Simiyar. It occurred when the Simiyar Tech corporation, having lost many customers in the war, was forced to increase its prices, infuriating its main customer, the Srav Federation. In response, the Sravs dispatched a task force to the moon to seize the factories, but Simiyar leader Macab Niathal managed to organize a defense. However, in the battle, a Srav nuclear detonation combined with a unstable prototype Simiyar hyperdrive started a chain reaction that destroyed the moon and most of Simiyar Tech's facilities. Nonetheless, some Simiyar personnel managed to survive, taking some designs with them that would be later used by the United Coalition of Worlds.
