McCall's 5064; ©1959; Misses' Dress "Easy To Sew". One-piece sheath dress with choice of two detachable collars and detachable cuffs. Small collar and cuffs are interfaced. Three-quarter length sleeves in one with back and front of dress. Long darts back and front, low pleat at center back. Open front neck, left side zipper placket. Collars fasten to underside of neck edge with snaps.
