Power over Time (PoT) is a special buff that can be provided to group members by a Controller. It is represented by a green lightning bolt. The Power over Time buff restores 6 ticks of Power to group members within line of sight of the controller. A group member will lose the Power over Time buff if knocked out. Vitalization affects the power generation provided by the Power over Time buff. 10 points of Vitalization increases base power generation by 1%.
