In-Geom (or In-geom) is a Legendary sword in Diablo III, added in patch 2.2.0. It requires character level 70 to drop. The unique affix, when triggered, reduces both ongoing remaining cooldowns and future cooldowns of all skills by flat amount, to a minimum of zero seconds. As with other similar effects, the Rare elite pack counts as killed when the leader is dead. Coupling this sword with Nemesis Bracers can make the Raiment of a Thousand Storms Set Dungeon much easier by providing a nearly constant cooldown-free Dashing Strike.
