easyLearning is an e-learning program that uses technology to overcome the key barriers to deploying e-learning in developing countries: courseware compression, course encryption and delivery methods. Launched in May, 2004 by Serebra Learning Corporation, easyLearning “facilitates the secure, managed and cost effective delivery of e-learning to the developing nations,” according to the launch press release. The easyLearning course library contains more than 560 certification level Information Technology and Desktop Skills course titles.
