The ancient Zemurian civilisation (古代ゼムリア文明, kodai zemuria bunmei) refers to the inhabitants of Zemuria prior to the Great Collapse. The civilisation was destroyed during the Great Collapse, leaving behind advanced technologies, such as orbments, and ruins throughout the continent. In practice, every remnant from before the Great Collapse is referred to as 'ancient'.
