Captain Exposition is a superhero who occasionally shows up during PPC missions to offer expository detail or backstory. His motto is, "For an ephemeral concept relating to the given reality of a situation, a name given to the application of right and wrong in the use of law, and an ill-thought-out patriotic standard!" He is probably in the same class of existence as Lady Contrivance and Lord Implausibility.
