Ellsa Stormshatter was the younger sister of Dargos Stormshatter, and a legendary Jedi Master with a Force mastery surpassing even her brother and almost (But not quite) equal to Quel’Lonn. She served on the council for many years, and at one point, held the title of Grandmaster.
