Mrs Andrews was a customer of Alan Bradley's when he set up against Dave Craig in installing burglar alarms. Mrs Andrews had in fact discussed the installation with Dave but Alan, then an employee of Dave's, had stolen the job, with Mrs Andrews none the wiser. When Alan arrived at her home, Mrs Andrews had yet to decide whether she wanted a magnetic or digital control unit, but remarked that a digital one might be better for her as losing keys was her speciality, and had she gone with a magnetic unit she would have had to make a mad dash to stop it shrieking.
