The Juarez baby was the son of Francisca Juarez, a Starfleet officer serving aboard the USS Enterprise-D and her husband, Alfredo Juarez, who was also aboard the ship. He was born while the Enterprise-D confronted the Romulan warbird Devoras. Captain Jean-Luc Picard visited the Juarez child in the ship's nursery and personally welcomed him aboard. (TNG: "Data's Day" ) The Juarez baby was played by an unknown infant.
