Prince of Wales Court was a 20 storey tower block on St James's Terrace in the Eve Hill area of Dudley, West Midlands. Plans for the block were approved in 1967 as part of Phase 2 of the Eve Hill Redevelopment project, which included the nearby identical tower block called Millfield Court. Butterfield Court was approved the year before as part of Phase 1. Prince of Wales Court was completed in 1969 by Wimpey and contained 118 flats.
