Collin Chou is a veteran actor of about 100 action films from Asia. In The Matrix franchise, he played the program Seraph, the Oracle's loyal bodyguard who appeared in The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, Enter the Matrix, The Matrix: Path of Neo and The Matrix Online. As well as The Matrix franchise, he is also known for his performances in films such as SPL: Sha Po Lang, Fearless and Flash Point co-starring with Jet Li, Donnie Yen and Sammo Hung.
