The Scourgebane Whip is a large bullwhip made of saronite steel. It's form smooth. The dark metal it's made of seems to suck in the light directly around it, giving off an eerie feel. Looking at the shadow of the whip, one could see all manners of spikes, indicating the whips' enchantments. The handle is made of polished white dragonbone which is encrusted with blue sapphires forming runes over the handle.
