Emerson Briggs-Wallace was a Xenochef and the proprietor of Fresh Air, Babylon 5's only five star restaurant. A graduate of Ecole de Julina, Emerson had the pleasure of meeting Iuripae Julina himself shortly before the renowned chef died from food poisoning.
